GigBlu makes finding a new job easier for trades professionals, we take on the pain points of creating a resume and job searching, and there are no fees for workers. After vetting, we introduce our skilled trades candidates to our companies. If successful, candidates are hired directly on a permanent or contract basis.

We save employers hours of HR time and investment. We do the searching, candidate management, selection, and initial background checks. Then, we go further than our competitors by creating a video interview with potential hires that forms part of their GigBlu profile. Employers get to know candidates before the final interview stage because we know your time should be spent completing projects and helping customers.
